The staff was helpful, especially the older restaurant manager. Clean room with complete amenities. Pleasant staff at reception and housekeeping. Perfect location for shopping and food. Short walk to sightseeing spots, shopping streets, and seafood eateries. Recommended restaurant Naruto was fantastic. Convenient Lawson's across the road. Short walk to interesting restaurants.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel is perfect for tourists. It is located close to all the hot tourist spots and only a few minutes walk from the train station. the immaculately clean rooms are very spacious and comfortably accommodate three adults. the hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful, offering assistance with restaurant bookings and travel information. Guests can also opt for an eco-friendly option and receive a voucher for the hotel bakery. the top floor bar has a great ambiance and fantastic cocktails.

The breakfast is a bit pricey.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, giving us great tips on local restaurants and attractions. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. We also loved the pillow menu they offered - it was a great touch. And the best part was definitely the onsen, it was so relaxing and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

That the room could have been a bit bigger. It was cozy but felt a bit cramped at times.

Great location near train station and shopping arcade. Friendly staff. the quality of room amenities was good.

Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Noise from the street made it hard to sleep at night.
